Variety of posture training
Lifting: the feet are wider than the shoulders in a half squat, the back is straight, the center of gravity is backward, the hands are holding the Kettlebell, rising to a stand and lifting the kettlebell to the chest, then returning to the initial squatting posture, repeat.
Swing the kettlebell: open your feet more than your shoulders in a squat, straighten your back, hold the kettlebell in both hands, and swing the Kettlebell forward when you stand. When the kettlebell begins to fall after reaching the highest point, use the recovery squat action to cushion the kettlebell, then return to the initial squatting posture, repeat.
Squat: Standing, bend your arms, holding the kettlebell firmly in the palm of your hand, now slowly squat until your thighs are 90 degrees vertical to your calves, and your knees are no more outward than your toes, then return to a standing posture, repeat.
Ting pot: open your feet more than your shoulders in a squatting shape, straighten your back, grip the Kettlebell with one hand, stand and lift the Kettlebell to your chest at the same time, then return to the initial squatting posture, repeat. Switch to the other hand for a balanced set.
