Vitos Lifestyle began with the journey of its founder, Sean. Sean's journey towards fitness was not an easy one. He had struggled with being out of shape and lacked the confidence to step into a gym. But his desire to improve his physical health and well-being was stronger than his fears.  Sean began studying kinesiology and nutrition, and started working out at home with basic equipment. As he embarked on this journey of self-improvement, Sean quickly realized that most of the fitness products available on the market were either of poor quality or overpriced. This only fueled his desire to provide affordable, high-quality fitness equipment and accessories to those who, like him, were looking to transform their lives. 

Sean's passion for fitness soon turned into a mission to help others achieve the same transformation. He began sponsoring local youth camps by providing them with high-quality fitness equipment and accessories. This not only helped to foster a love of fitness and health in the community's youth but also allowed them to access quality equipment that they may not have had access to otherwise.
